protest at the city hall but we did find a lot of excitement b here about the president's visit. >> his bay area visit dominating many of the conversation at the breakfast at in palo alto this morning. >> i think it's very important for us in the bay area. >> there is a lot of pride here as the president prepares for his big townhall meeting at palo alto's facebook headquarters. >> a lot of my former students will certainly be there. another student hosted a dinner for obama with the mayor. it's really nice to see young people getting involved into play. >> but even palo alto is not the friendly territory it used to be >> questions like on facebook, whether it would be hard ball, whether his liberal supporters are upset with him regarding
